🔹 Step 1: Preparation
Make the patient comfortable (position depends on therapy area).
Clean and dry the treatment area.
Prepare lukewarm Ayurvedic oil (like sesame or medicated oil).
🔹 Step 2: Fix the Yantra
Select the appropriate yantra (knee, back, neck, chest, eye, etc.).
Place it on the targeted area.
Seal edges using atta (wheat flour dough) to prevent leakage.
🔹 Step 3: Pour Warm Oil
Slowly pour warm oil into the yantra.
Ensure the oil level covers the treatment area.
🔹 Step 4: Maintain Temperature
Keep oil warm by replacing or reheating as needed.
Oil should be comfortably warm (not hot).
